  • Free Tools & Resources: Providing access to free tools and informational Resources on the Site for general use.

All Services requiring bespoke work are typically provided on a project or consulting basis as outlined in a separate written agreement or statement of work. Digital Products are subject to the terms of sale or download presented at the time of acquisition.

  • License for Services: For custom work performed as part of our Services, upon full payment, you are typically granted ownership of the final, unique deliverables created specifically for you, as outlined in your service agreement. We may retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • License for Digital Products: For Digital Products purchased or downloaded from the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only, as specified for that product. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or repackage these Digital Products without express written permission from the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Olson & Company, LLC shall not be liable for:
